Rap battle for the true champion of Gotham city!

Hey ladies and gentlemen, so just a quick announcement from the guy starting this thread. I feel that the name is self-explanatory but I'm going to lay down the basic ground rules regarding this thread, just 'cause.

1. This will be the only OOC post in this thread, (unless an OOC post is required, OOC notes are also fine at the beginning or end of a post) treat this thread like an RP. Just a silly one which has no plot.

2. This post has no purpose or bearing on any other part of the RP which is why it's here. Like I said, no plot, just fun in the form of beating down your opponents with your mad rhymes (*Is soooooooooooooo not street*).

3. Your only attack and defence in here is the skills you bring to the stage when you step up; meaning you don't need to fear Black Mask killing you with deadly, deadly, makeup… no Bane breaking your back… no Joker venom… Batman isn't even allowed to give you a good right hook. Security includes Superman, Wonder woman and the entire Green Lantern corps so behave yourself. (In short words no actual fighting, all characters are in some non-descript club and not allowed to brawl and it's going to stay that way)

4. Kind of imporatant to have fun here, so yeah do that.

5. This doesn't matter, not in any way whatsoever, so don't get pissy over who's winning and this is a rap battle, mean things will be said. Buck up and get even, not angry.

6. Mean things might be said but please keep it A) IC and B) reasonable. This isn't an excuse for you to throw your most homophobic and racial slurs around. Don't treat it as such. Please also realise there's a limit, even when IC be careful not to cross that line, we all know that there's a real person behind that computer screen somewhere and both ends are able to understand what they're writing and has been written.

7. Anyone can join this thread at any point, I'd say we should keep an order but no, I'm sorry we'll either be waiting forever or it'll all just fall apart as more and more people join. So it's a free-for-all posting order.

8. That said if you want a more focused rap battle room go and make one and state who you want to join.

Deathstroke, taking centre-stage, sets the beat and starts dancing.

"Deep in Gotham's blackest night, Deathstroke here, gonna do it right! On the rooftops lookin' for Gotham's one true believer where's he gone? Yeah I don't know neither! In the black of night, lookin' for a fight, a blaze of red and then boom you're dead!

That's right sucka I gave you chance, I told ya once, I told ya true, Deathstroke here and there ain't gonna be a round two! I'm representin' everywhere from Gotham to Metropolis and I'll tell ya now you stand no chance! Batman? Please I make kryptonians bleed, they see me comin' and they have to run, I'll beat every motha-fucker under Earth's yellow sun!

So step up to the plate, don't make me wait, we've got a world of pain and hate in which only we can find our true fate but if you step up here, make no mistake there will be no escape!"

[The Joker]

Joker chuckles as he steps up on the stage. A sign with his hand and the beat starts playing.

"You talk of escape like people wanna run, acting so tough, like waving a gun. You talk smooth and slick, but all it really does, is making me sick! Without one eye, I guess you can’t see, that you aren’t anything, but an old wannabe! People call you Terminator, killer and the top of the game, but they must be blind, ‘cause you’re nothing but lame!

I’m the Prince of Madness and I wear my smile like a twisted crown, but your performance, it makes me frown! I’m the best at what I do, my style is well known and my laugh is iconic, you got nothing but your mask and it looks moronic! Now listen old man, something you need to understand, about making kryptonians bleed, that really isn’t that impressive a feat! With all the chunks of their planet on the street, it’s amazing they even avoid getting their scout-asses beat!

I’ve been around since the bat had his start; you’re just lucky I’m not tearing you apart! You asked for a challenge, instead you get whack, but that’s what happens when you start spewing crack! They call you a Terminator, you ain’t nothing but a hack, and unlike the real one, YOU won’t be back!”
