Great...the girl inherited that too. Though she can understand why she would want to learn from Ivy...Selina doubted that Ivy would be thrilled about competition.
The girl continued to intrigue her. There aren't many people who can lately. Not really. Maybe it was her potential as a nigh-time roof prowler...or maybe it was her potential as a powerful threat...either way...
Selina followed to the window, stepping over the debris nonchalantly as if it weren't even there. She stood next to the girl, her own emerald orbs scanning the city she loved. This girl...with her powers and her...theatricality...Selina had to feel things out...just a little more.......
Keeping her eyes on the skyline she continued -
"The Tempest. A super hero quoting The Bard. There's more to you than invincibility and plant stuff....tell me...do you think it is wise to approach those two? I mean...isn't there any one else that could help you figure it out? You helped me out...the least I can do is try and...talk you out of a suicide mission."

SHAKE( rattle )AND ROLL
Stormy continued to watch over the city with her arms folded for a moment before turning her head and torso to the woman once again. The gold of her mask glinted in the moonlight, the white spats on her boots shined nicely as well.
"Yup, good old Bill."
Stormy's expression changed from a friendly smirk to a raised eyebrow an inquisitive look as she turned her head back out to the view of Gotham. She had never thought herself a superhero. She just thought of herself as someone with bad teenage years and a good punch. Superhero, she felt, was a strong word. But maybe it was the right one, whether she cared for it or not.
"From what little information I have, I believe they could possibly be aware of my existence, or the possibility of it. Both are wild cards. Bane's apparently intently violent, but intelligent from what I hear. Ivy, as I am told, is a force of nature, respectively."
Stormy sighed and scratched her head and then stretched her arms out. She turned her torso both ways quickly popping her back and shoulders.
"I really don't want to fight them, I know they are apparently super criminals, but I feel this need to see them and look them in their eyes. They're not my parents, but in a literal and figurative way they are a part of me and I a part of each of them. "
Stormy ran a hand through her hair and then offered it to the woman.
"Deadly Nightshade... I think... I just hope it doesn't sound dumb."

Selina took the girl's hand and gently shook in formal greeting.
"It's a mouthful, but I've heard worse. I'm Elva Barr." She hadn't used that alias in YEARS but the only one who knew of it...well...it was a very safe name to use at the moment.
She could understand the girl's desire to see them...but as powerful as she seemed to be, Selina honestly did not think she was ready for what those two would bring to the table. Now the question was...what was Selina going to do about it? She could find Ivy easy enough - she could help that way...or she could steer her down a different path. A much safer path. Was it her business to do so? Honestly she had spent too much time over this quick in and out job already...Maybe a fair warning will be best in this situation...especially as Elva...not Catwoman....
"As...crazy as this has all been...I think it is best that neither one of us stays here for much longer...You are obviously well equipped to take care of yourself...but I've read a lot....see a lot living here in the East End...AS strongly as you are urged to pursue these people...I honestly think it will be in your best interests to either figure it all out yourself, or get help from someone less...well...criminally insane."
She began to make her way towards the exit. The police had a VERY slow response time in this neighborhood, but it would be them, or some vengeful gang members arriving pretty soon...and she was not in the mood. Before she left the room, she turned back towards the girl with a smirk.
"By the way, thanks for the assist. OH and I would drop "Deadly" ...that's pretty much implied." she said gesturing to the devastation in the room.

SHAKE( rattle )AND ROLL
Stormy nodded to her advice. She wouldn't necessarily take it, but it was always good to have advice, she had so little over the years, it was nice to have someone care enough to actually give it. She smirked at what she said about dropping Deadly from her name.
"Hmm, thanks. I'll think about it. All of what you just spoke. Anyway, have a good night, don't get into too much trouble. You run into any information on those two then hold on to it and maybe I'll see you around sometime."
Stormy put her hat back on her head and then tipped it to the lady before backing from the window and then sprinting toward it and bursting through it. She fell to the street below, landing squarely on her feet in a crouch. When she ran off to disappear back into the night the spot she landed on had chipped and cracked pavement from her feet.
The sound of sirens and screeching tires closed in on the building after they would make their departures.

Well...that was different.
Selina made her way through the alleyways of The East End which she knew like the back of her hand. She had a quiet little safe house in an abandoned apartment building not far from the place of the night's events. It did not take her long to get there, and luckily was able to avoid any unpleasant meetings in the alleyway.
Selina had procured numerous safe houses around Gotham in her years as Catwoman. Some had been destroyed, some discovered and therefore abandoned. When that happened, she just got some more. This particular home away from home was definitely not one of her favorites. She barely used it unless absolutely necessary.
Looking at it, you wouldn't expect anyone to voluntarily use this as a hideout. Windows broken out, broken furniture strewn about, rats scurrying across the floor....but this was probably why it remains one of her oldest uncompromised territories.
After scaling the crumbling, rusty fire-escape, she creeped into the window with ease and grace...as per usual. She tossed her goods on the floor and headed over to the closet. The door to what presumably was once the hall closet was hanging on it's hinges and as she moved it aside she was greeted by a rather frightened rat, who sped past her and into a hole in the adjacent wall.
"Damn rodents..."
She tapped the boards on the inside of the closet and the board popped out of place. reaching into the small hideaway, she pulled out a duffel bag, a rather dusty duffel bag and tossed it out onto the floor, then replacing the board.
It was time to de-Elva. She took off her wig and slipped out of her dress and shoes, replacing them with the contents of the bag - a simple pair of black pants, purple v-neck, and black leather jacket. She placed the wig and dress back into the duffel, and removed the rather pricey handbag for the final touch. She thought of everything...afterall...it only took one time when she didn't have anything to carry her...um...acquisitions....in to prompt her to make sure each hide-out had the proper equipment.
She stuffed the night's winnings as well as her necklace into her handbag and climbed back down the fire escape and onto the streets.
She knew she could use what she was able to get from him to figure out where he had the money. It wasn't a complete waste of an evening. To top it off, if anyone came looking for retribution it wouldn't be Catwoman they were looking for...it would be her.
Selina paused a moment in her thoughts - she was both happily indifferent to this and slightly worried. EH...the girl could handle herself...but there was something more...the whole Ivy and Bane thing...It just did not sit right with her.
She knew Ivy...more than she would like to admit to. Bane was one thing, but her...she would give that girl more trouble than she expects.
Stop it, Selina. It is NOT your problem.
Or is it?
Sometimes she hated having a conscious - even if it was a slight one.
