A banned Hero/Villain list? I mean I know it's only up to a certain power level. But I haven't seen one on here and their will always be people trying to make an app for Green lantern or Man Hunter, or Doomsday. So I thought we could have a list of people who can't be played, at lest with out permission. I could write one up or you could have one of your mods make one. Just a thought.

Personally I don't think it's necessary. So far we haven't needed one and nothing bad have happened. Also, with the few cases where it should be a problem, it isn't something that can't be talked about as decent human beings.
That is my opinion at least, but if the majority of the members feel it is necessary we can make one.

I can see two sides to this argument, on the one hand I suppose what Robin is saying will prevent a certain amount of spam and no doubt a bit of whining. On the other hand I feel that Joker's got a good point, mostly Gotham and Metropolis heroes/villains can be considered in two different universes. Not only do most people want to keep them separate but actually crowbarring them in would be nigh-impossible. Not least I feel that Joker's right, discussing why you can't have character X rather than just saying no off the bat will keep us from alienating potential members. Last but not least let us not forget how powerful the Gotham heroes/villains truly are. Batman has taken on members of the DC universe as powerful as Darkseid and even Superman and come (on average) on top. Hell my own character (Deathstroke) while not a native to Gotham but on a roughly similar power level has taken on Zatanna, Black Canary, Green arrow, the Flash, Elongated man, Hawkman, the Atom and the Green lantern and nearly won!
I'd say that the Gothamites are more than powerful enough to stand in the big leagues; the only difference is they have to use their minds more than their physical strength.
So I'm going to say that I think we should just keep things as they are for now, not to mention I think it make an awesome plot thread with having a villain so far above everyone in Gotham's power level that they have to band together to defeat it.
Anyway those are my 2 cents.
